going to have faith that there is something wrong with me because i
experience negative thoughts. Perhaps negative thoughts can be based on
reality and don't necessarily mean that there is something wrong with
the individual experiencing them.

Dealing With Uncomfortable Truths
Making life more comfortable for myself or others by being dishonest or willfully ignorant is a path that i am not willing to take. If life can't be good without hiding the truth and/or hiding from the truth then that is an indictment against life.
It's Okay To Say "I Might Be Wrong"
What i wish people were more willing to say: “I might be
wrong.”
The Magic Turns Out To Be Merely Physical Processes
Our brains have evolved in a way that causes us to have illusions. Some events may appear to be miraculous (e.g., the body healing itself) until the physical processes responsible for the events are understood. An
analogy is when a magic trick seems like magic until it's revealed how the trick is performed.
